FameGrow – Terms of Service
By accessing or using FameGrow’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using our platform.
1. General Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
Placing an order on FameGrow constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, regardless of whether you have read them.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them before each purchase.
1.2 Service Usage & Compliance
You agree to use FameGrow in compliance with all platform policies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Any misuse may result in service termination without refund.
FameGrow is designed to enhance your social media presence, but we do not guarantee engagement (likes, comments, shares) from delivered followers.
1.3 Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD—we are not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.
Service rates may change without prior notice.
1.4 Delivery & Refunds
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders in progress are non-refundable (except orders that are delayed at least 72 hours).
If an incorrect order is placed (wrong username, link, or service type), no refunds or corrections will be issued. Double-check before confirming.
Private accounts are ineligible for refunds—ensure your profile is public before ordering.
2. Service Limitations & Liabilities
2.1 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that all followers will have profile pictures, bios, or active engagement.
FameGrow is not liable for account suspensions, shadowbans, or content removals by social media platforms.
2.2 Prohibited Content
You may not use FameGrow for:
Adult/pornographic material
Hate speech, scams, or illegal content
Exploiting system vulnerabilities (bots, spam, etc.)
Violations will result in immediate service termination without refund.
2.3 Account Changes
If you alter your username, password, or privacy settings during an active order, service may be interrupted.
FameGrow is not responsible for delays caused by such changes.
3. Additional Protections
3.1 Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)
If a payment is reversed (chargeback) without first contacting our support team, all services will be immediately suspended.
3.2 Purchase at Your Own Risk
You acknowledge that purchasing followers/likes/views may violate social media platforms’ terms.
FameGrow is not responsible for account bans, removed likes, or other penalties imposed by platforms.
3.3 Data Usage
The data you provide (email, username) will be used solely for service fulfillment.
3.4 Support & Claims
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of order completion via our official support channels.
Claims submitted after 14 days will not be considered.
3.5 Anti-Abuse Policy
Attempting to exploit our system (e.g., false claims to obtain free services) will result in permanent service termination.
4. Final Provisions
4.1 Service Quality & Retention
All sales are final—no modifications after order submission.
FameGrow reserves the right to adjust service types if necessary to complete an order.
We are not responsible for financial losses or account penalties resulting from platform policies.
By using FameGrow, you confirm that you understand and accept full responsibility for your orders.
While we strive for high-quality services, FameGrow does not guarantee the long-term retention of followers, likes, views, or other engagement metrics.
Social media platforms may remove inauthentic activity at their discretion. No refunds or replacements will be provided for such removals.
4.2 Third-Party Services
FameGrow may utilize third-party providers to deliver services. We are not liable for delays, errors, or interruptions caused by these external services.
If a third-party service fails to deliver, FameGrow will either reprocess the order or offer an alternative solution at our discretion.
