Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Refunds Policy

When contacting us please provide as many details as possible regarding any possible concerns. We will work to make things right for you, including offering other FameGrow Social services free of charge to help you get a better response. If necessary, we will provide you with a refund on any remaining undelivered traffic or unused service. Please note: as we work with various partners and incur expenses in carrying out our services, we cannot, under any circumstance, issue refunds for portions of services that have already been delivered.

Customers must submit any refund requests within ninety (90) days from the date of the original transaction. After this period, we cannot process refunds, and any unclaimed funds will be forfeited. This timeframe ensures timely resolution of issues and efficient financial management, as we cannot indefinitely hold user funds. By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

In any instance where a customer’s service has been terminated due to a violation of RedSocial’s stated use policies or other generally acceptable Internet standards, NO refund (either full or partial) shall be due the customer.

If a dispute has been opened through our payment processor (including PP, Skrill or your CC provider) or ANY other third party, your campaign will be permanently suspended and no refund, neither full or partial, will be provided at any point in time. You may only request and receive a refund by contacting us through https://www.famegrow.net/contact-us/ (prior to ever having opened a dispute through any third party against us) and requesting a refund for undelivered services.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Accounts

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
